These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to purchases made online on the website www.coltelliunifeed.info by the customer and to the sales contract entered into between the customer and the company - IDSFUTURA S.r.l.s. with registered office at VIA PADANA SUPERIORE 83 25035 OSPITALETTO, Italy – and registered in the Companies Register under the following registration number and VAT number: IT04719530984 - REA: BS - 636297 - D-U-N-S® Number: 508906473
The Customer is invited to carefully read and understand these Terms and Conditions of Sale before placing an order for any product on the website. Each time a customer intends to place a purchase order, they must declare that they have read, understood, and accepted the contents of these Terms and Conditions of Sale. If the customer does not accept these Terms and Conditions of Sale, they may not place any purchase orders for any products on the site. Customers are requested to print and keep a copy of this document for future reference.

Art. 1 – Definitions and Applicable Law
1.1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions of Sale:
- Site – the set of web pages relating to coltelliunifeed.info
- IDSFUTURA S.r.l.s. – Share capital €4,800.00 Registered office: VIA PADANA SUPERIORE 83 25035 OSPITALETTO, Italy. Operational headquarters: Via Martiri di Cefalonia, 8 -25010 - Remedello 8 (BS) – Italy.
- Customer – any person who has completed the registration process and created a coltelliunifeed.info account, who purchases and/or intends to purchase one or more products and/or services through the site, whether an end consumer ("Consumer Customer") or a professional ("Professional Customer"), as defined by Legislative Decree no. 206/2005.
- Product – pursuant to art. 115 of the Consumer Code, is any movable asset, even if incorporated into another movable or immovable asset.
- Services – any free or paid activity related to the services that IDSFUTURA S.r.l.s. offers its customers. Specifically, the main component of the service is related to the physical delivery of products, their distribution, and the provision of information society services. The latter includes information services related to products or services that IDSFUTURA S.r.l.s. (e.g., newsletters or other forms of online advertising and/or email marketing) makes available to users in relation to its online purchasing policy.
- Contractual purchase proposal – purchase request made by the customer.
- To use the services offered on the coltelliunifeed.info website, you must create a coltelliunifeed.info account by registering on the website. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password, as well as for restricting access to their electronic devices. They are also responsible for all activities that occur under their account.
1.2. Applicable legislation
The customer is invited to carefully read these Terms and Conditions of Sale before placing orders through the site. By placing any order, the customer implicitly and fully accepts these Terms and Conditions of Sale, which are therefore considered known and accepted by the customer in all its provisions and provisions, without exclusion and/or exception.
The contract for the sale of products and services concluded through the site is governed by these Terms and Conditions of Sale as well as, where applicable, by the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (“Consumer Code”), Legislative Decree no. 70/2003 and the provisions of the Civil Code, for anything not expressly provided for herein.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to orders of products and/or services on the site, in the version published at the time of the order.
IDSFUTURA S.r.l.s. disclaims any liability for purchases made by unauthorized persons.
Art. 2 – Product Prices and Characteristics
2.1. Prices
The prices of the products presented on the website and indicated in the technical data sheets for each product include VAT. Prices do not include any shipping costs and/or costs for other additional services requested by the customer.
The price of the products and/or services indicated on the website and visible to the customer when selecting the product and/or service will be the price in effect at the time the customer places the order and will correspond to the purchase price of the product.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, coltelliunifeed.info reserves the right to change the prices of the products and/or services on the website at any time, at its sole discretion and without notice.
coltelliunifeed.info therefore provides no guarantee that the selling price of the products or services will remain unchanged for a certain period of time.
For the avoidance of doubt, any price changes (whether upward or downward) will not affect orders already placed by the customer prior to the effective date of the price change. In any case of non-acceptance or cancellation of the order, coltelliunifeed.info does not guarantee that the price of the product will remain the same in the next order that the customer may place.
2.2. Product Descriptions
Each product data sheet presented on the site, containing a description of its functions and features (size, color, accessories, etc.), is prepared by the manufacturer of the goods and/or by third parties specialized in preparing product data sheets.
coltelliunifeed.info, therefore, assumes no responsibility for any errors and/or inaccuracies in the data sheets, nor for any discrepancies between the product description and its actual functions and features.
The images and photographs used in the product data sheets are merely indicative and may not fully represent the characteristics of the goods, as they may differ in color, size, or accessories.
By placing an order, the customer expressly accepts the foregoing.
2.3. Products on offer and discount coupons
IDSFUTURA S.r.l.s. periodically promotes the purchase of its products through promotional initiatives and/or prize competitions.
IDSFUTURA S.r.l.s. may award discount coupons to promote its products. Discount coupons guarantee a reduction on the original selling price of the products in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions. Discount coupons are not a payment instrument. Through discount coupons, IDSFUTURA S.r.l.s. intends to waive the collection of a percentage of the original selling price applied to its products and/or services.
Art. 3 – Methods of concluding the contract
3.1. Offer to the public
The presentation of products and services available for purchase through the website constitutes an invitation to offer, and the order submitted by the customer through the website constitutes a contractual offer to purchase. The order is considered accepted at the sole discretion of IDSFUTURA S.r.l.s. .
The characteristics of the products and services offered on the website are described in the specific information sheets published on the website at the time of ordering. The customer is encouraged to read these sheets, which are considered accepted upon placing an order, paying particular attention to the availability of the product of interest and its characteristics, assessing their relevance and essentiality for the purposes of product selection and ordering. Some products may not always be immediately available, even though they are listed on the website. For this reason, the information sheet for each product indicates whether the selected product is:
- “Available” means that the product is available to IDSFUTURA S.r.l.s., except in cases where, due to exceptional and unforeseeable events, the product is unsellable because it is missing or damaged when picked up from the warehouse and there are no other identical products available for delivery. The customer can therefore immediately proceed with the purchase of the product by submitting the order, according to the methods indicated on the site.
- “Not available”: means that the product is not available from IDSFUTURA S.r.l.s., but IDSFUTURA S.r.l.s. reserves the right to make it available. In this case, the customer cannot submit the order, but can still request to be notified promptly of availability by filling out the form on the product page.
3.2. Order Receipt and Acceptance
By clicking the "Place Order" button, the customer indicates their intention to purchase the products in their cart. coltelliunieed.info will immediately confirm receipt of the order with a confirmation webpage and an email containing the order identification number. The message will reiterate all the information entered by the customer, who undertakes to verify its accuracy and promptly communicate any corrections, according to the procedures described in this document. This confirmation will constitute acceptance of the order and, consequently, merely confirmation of receipt of the order. This acceptance is considered tacit unless otherwise communicated to the customer in any manner. By placing an order using any of the available methods, the customer declares having read all the information provided during the purchase process and fully accepting the general terms and conditions and payment terms.
In the event of non-acceptance of the order, IDSFUTURA S.r.l.s. will ensure prompt notification to the customer.
3.3. Order Status Updates
Except for updates that coltelliunifeed.info may send via email, the customer can check the status of their order at any time in the dedicated "My Account" area of the site.
Art. 4 – Contract archiving and access
The order will be stored in IDSFUTURA S.r.l.s. database in accordance with the law. The user can access the order form and/or related data through their personal account by logging into the "My Account" area.
Art. 5 – Cancellation of the Order
The customer has the right to cancel the order by contacting IDSFUTURA S.r.l.s. customer service. This does not affect the normal right of withdrawal, which begins upon receipt of the product.
Art. 6 – Payment and delivery
6.1. Accepted payment methods
Payment for products and/or services may be made using any payment method available on the website at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods include credit card, prepaid card, bank transfer, cash on delivery, and PayPal.
Regarding credit cards, coltelliunifeed.info reserves the right to request additional information from the customer (e.g., landline phone number) or copies of documents proving ownership of the card used. If the requested documentation is not provided, coltelliunifeed.info reserves the right to cancel the order.
At no point during the purchase process will coltelliunifeed.info access the buyer's credit card information, which is transmitted via a secure connection directly to the website of the bank handling the transaction. No computer archive of coltelliunifeed.info will retain this data. Under no circumstances can coltelliunifeed.info be held responsible for any fraudulent or improper use of credit cards by third parties when paying for products purchased on coltelliunifeed.info.
Regarding cash on delivery, the customer will not be required to pay more than the amount indicated at the time of ordering. Cash on delivery is available for all orders up to €150.
6.2. Payment security
For online payments, the data provided by the customer is transmitted in a manner that prevents unauthorized access.
The site is certified using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol to encrypt data sent over the Internet. For a secure connection, we recommend using a browser such as Internet Explorer (5.x and later), Netscape Navigator (4.x and later), Mozilla Firefox (1.x and later), Opera, Safari, or Chrome, capable of transmitting encrypted data through the coltelliunifeed.info server.
To determine whether you are using a secure connection, simply check that the page address uses the prefix "https" instead of "http" and that the padlock image visible in the browser's bottom bar is "closed."
The customer acknowledges and accepts the provisions regarding the security of payment methods, exempting coltelliunifeed.info from any liability arising from problems that occur despite the adoption of the aforementioned security measures.
6.3. Place of delivery
IDSFUTURA S.r.l.s. will deliver the purchased goods (products and/or services) to the address indicated by the customer.
IDSFUTURA S.r.l.s. is not responsible for non-delivery of the purchased products and/or services due to errors in the customer's address (e.g., missing house number, unknown address, incorrect address, etc.).
IDSFUTURA S.r.l.s. delivers outside of Italy; any orders with incomplete shipping information will be automatically cancelled.
6.4. Delivery times
Products will be delivered within the timeframe estimated on the product page. Any delays in delivery do not invalidate or void the contract.
If your cart contains items with different delivery times, the estimated delivery dates will be based on the longest delivery timeframe for the product. The estimated delivery date is reliable if payment is made at the time of ordering; otherwise, delivery times may vary. This decision by IDSFUTURA S.r.l.s. will not result in any additional costs for the customer.
For the avoidance of doubt, please note that shipments will not be made on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
6.5. Verification of the Products by the Customers
Upon receipt of the purchased product, the customer is required to check whether:
- the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated on the page dedicated to tracking the shipment status in the “My Account” area;
- if the packaging is externally intact.
Acceptance of delivery of the products without the customer having made a reservation is equivalent to recognition of the conformity of the delivery to the order in terms of quantity, type, and packaging. Any additional guarantees provided by law relating to the delivered products remain unaffected.
6.6. Billing
6.6.1 Consumer customer requesting invoice
Online sales of goods (completed through the website www.coltelliunifeed.info) to consumers (without a VAT number) are not subject to the obligation to issue an invoice pursuant to Article 22 of Presidential Decree no. 633/72, nor to the obligation to provide tax certification (via a receipt or fiscal receipt) pursuant to Article 2, letter oo), of Presidential Decree no. 696 of 21 December 1996, nor to the obligation to electronically store and transmit daily revenue data pursuant to Article 1, paragraph 1, letter a) of Ministerial Decree no. 10 May 2019.
When placing an order, the customer can request an electronic invoice. The electronic invoice will be available in the reserved area of the Revenue Agency website or at the certified email address provided by the customer. A complimentary copy of the invoice will be sent via email to the address provided by the customer during the order process.
6.6.2. Invoice request times after order completion
Customers can request an invoice only during the purchase process by completing the appropriate fields on the website during the order process. After purchasing, they will be entitled to a copy of the online receipt by contacting customer support.
6.7. Shipping costs
Shipping and handling charges may be added to the price of the product and/or service purchased by the customer through the website. This amount is automatically calculated by the coltelliunifeed.info computer system. This amount will be indicated in the order before the customer submits it.
6.8. Unavailability of a Product
IDSFUTURA S.r.l.s is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and the prompt and efficient processing of orders submitted through the website.
However, if the product indicated on the website as "in stock" is no longer available, due to exceptional and unforeseeable circumstances, at the time the order is processed by IDSFUTURA S.r.l.s, the latter will promptly notify the customer by telephone or email to resolve the issue promptly.
Art. 7 – Legal guarantee of conformity
In accordance with current legislation, the warranty regime for products sold by IDSFUTURA S.r.l.s. varies depending on whether the purchaser is a consumer or a professional customer: in the first case, the legal guarantee of conformity (hereinafter, the "Legal Guarantee") pursuant to the Consumer Code will apply; in the second case, the guarantee for defects in the item sold governed by the Civil Code.
7.1. Professional Client
The product purchased by a professional customer (i.e., a natural or legal person acting in the exercise of their business, commercial, artisanal, or professional activity, or their intermediary) is covered by the warranty for defects in the item sold pursuant to Articles 1490 et seq. of the Civil Code.
The professional customer's right to assert this warranty expires one year after delivery of the purchased product, and any defects must be reported within the timeframe set forth in Article 1495 of the Civil Code. 7.2. Consumer Customer (Article 128 et seq. Consumer Code)
The product purchased by the consumer customer is covered by the Legal Guarantee for consumer goods as regulated by Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code and, unless expressly provided therein, by Articles 1490 et seq. of the Civil Code on sales contracts.
The Legal Guarantee applies to the seller in the event that the product presents defects of conformity, provided that such defects become apparent within 24 months of the date of delivery of the goods to the customer.
The consumer customer's right to assert this guarantee expires 26 months after delivery of the purchased product.
A lack of conformity exists when the product:
- it is not suitable for the use for which it is normally intended;
- does not conform to the description or does not possess the qualities promised by the seller;
- does not offer the usual qualities and performances of a good of the same type;
- it is not suitable for the particular use intended by the consumer if brought to the attention of the seller at the time of purchase and accepted by the seller.
7.3. Remedies available to the consumer Customer
Pursuant to Article 130 of the Consumer Code, in the event of a lack of conformity, the customer may request, at his or her discretion, either repair or replacement of the product, unless the requested remedy is objectively impossible or excessively burdensome compared to the other remedy pursuant to Article 130, paragraph 4 of the Consumer Code.
Specifically, one of the two remedies is to be considered excessively burdensome if it imposes unreasonable costs on the seller compared to the other, taking into account: (i) the value the good would have if there were no lack of conformity; (ii) the extent of the lack of conformity; (iii) the possibility that the alternative remedy could be implemented without significant inconvenience to the customer.
The customer may also request, at his or her discretion, an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract, if one of the following situations occurs: (i) repair or replacement is impossible or excessively burdensome; (ii) coltelliunifeed.info has not repaired or replaced the product within 40 (forty) days of the warranty request; (iii) the replacement or repair previously carried out has caused significant inconvenience to the customer.
Upon receipt of the complaint of the lack of conformity and provided that the reported defect exists and is technically ascertained, IDSFUTURA S.r.l.s may offer the customer any other available remedies with the following effects: (i) if the customer has already requested a specific remedy, IDSFUTURA S.r.l.s. remains obligated to implement it with the necessary consequences in relation to the expiry of the 40-day period mentioned above, unless the customer accepts the proposed alternative remedy; (ii) if the customer has not already requested a specific remedy, the customer may accept the proposal or reject it by choosing another of the remedies provided by law.
In any case, a minor lack of conformity for which it is not possible or excessively onerous to pursue the remedies of repair or replacement, does not give the right to terminate the contract. Unless otherwise agreed upon by IDSFUTURA Srl simplified in favor of the customer (Learn more)
7.4. Cases of exclusion of the Legal Guarantee
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code and the applicable Civil Code, the Legal Guarantee is excluded if one of the following hypotheses occurs: (i) the product has been repaired, tampered with, delivered for technical examination or altered by persons other than the manufacturer, coltelliunifeed.info or any other authorized party (e.g. technical assistance centers not authorized by the manufacturer); (ii) the alleged lack of conformity of the product has manifested itself after the term of 2 years from delivery of the product itself; (iii) the alleged defect is due (in whole or in part) to bad and/or improper use/storage/maintenance or installation – by the customer or by persons other than the manufacturer, IDSFUTURA S.r.l.s. or any other authorized party –/or is due to failure to comply with the instructions provided by the manufacturer and present, for example, in the product user manual or other instructions provided by IDSFUTURA S.r.l.s. together with the delivered products; (iv) at the time of conclusion of the contract, the customer is aware of the defect and could not have ignored it with ordinary diligence; (v) the lack of conformity arises from instructions or materials provided by the customer.
7.5. How to activate the Legal Guarantee
If the customer has purchased the product with home delivery, the Legal Guarantee must be asserted directly against IDSFUTURA S.r.l.s. using the following methods: (i) by telephone, by contacting Customer Service at (+39) 3291004201; (ii) by email, by writing to negozio@idsfutura.com; (iii) online, by completing the appropriate form available on the Website on the Returns page in the "My Account" area.
The staff will provide the Customer with all the necessary information regarding the conditions and procedures for using the Legal Guarantee.
Art. 8 – Right of withdrawal of the consumer customer
This paragraph does not apply to contracts concluded by the professional client.
8.1. Withdrawal from the contract concluded online
Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery of the product to their address without penalty and without having to provide any reason. if the product has been delivered to a third party nominated by the consumer, the 14 days will start from the date the third party takes possession of the product.
If the order includes multiple products delivered on different dates, the 14-day period will start from the date the consumer, or the third party nominated by the consumer, takes possession of the last product.
8.2. Exercising the right of withdrawal
In order to withdraw from the contract, the consumer customer may:

- or via the return form available in the “My Account” area.
coltelliunifeed.info will confirm receipt of the customer's withdrawal request via email to the address provided during the purchase process on the site. The customer will also receive instructions on how to return the product(s).
The right of withdrawal must be exercised within the 14-day withdrawal period. If the last day available for exercising the right of withdrawal falls on a holiday, the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal will be the first business day following the holiday.
8.3. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the consumer customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the cases referred to in the same Article 59.
8.4. Consumer obligations in the event of withdrawal
Within 14 days of the day the consumer customer communicates their intention to withdraw from the contract, the product for which the right of withdrawal is being exercised must be returned by sending it to the following address: Via Martiri di Cefalonia, 8 -25010 - Remedello 8 (BS) – Italy. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the consumer customer, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Article 57, paragraph 1, of the Consumer Code.
The returned product must be in a normal state of preservation and substantially intact, in its original packaging, complete with all accessories and any manuals, and without any missing parts. The consumer customer will only be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling other than "normal" handling necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product. The customer will also be liable for returns of products of a different type, model, brand, and nature.
8.5. Seller's obligations in the event of withdrawal
Within 14 days of receiving the returned products, and after verifying their condition and identity, IDSFUTURA S.r.l.s. will refund the full amount of the products purchased by the customer, using, where possible, the same payment method used for the purchase, consistent with the crediting times applied by the payment circuit used by the customer when ordering the product, and without any liability for any delays in the refund attributable to the payment circuit used by the customer. with regard to products affected by defects or non-conformities, IDSFUTURA S.r.l.s. will verify that the returned products are indeed defective or non-conforming to the order and will proceed with a full refund, including shipping costs and expenses incurred to return the products.
Art. 9 – Amendments
coltelliunifeed.info reserves the right to make changes, additions, or updates to the content, programs, or other materials contained or available on the site (including these Terms and Conditions of Sale) at any time and at its sole discretion.
Any changes, additions, or updates made will not affect orders properly submitted by the customer prior to the changes or updates being made.
Any mandatory changes to the Consumer Code will automatically apply to contracts concluded with the consumer customer, without prejudice, to the fullest extent possible, to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Sale already approved by the customer with the order.
Art. 10 – Force majeure
IDSFUTURA S.r.l.s. shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations hereunder due to circumstances beyond the reasonable and foreseeable control of IDSFUTURA S.r.l.s. (hereinafter “Force Majeure Events”).br />
Force Majeure Events include, by way of example and not limited to, the following circumstances:
- strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes;
- civil mobilizations and uprisings, invasions, terrorist attacks or threats of terrorist attacks, armed conflicts (declared or not) or threats or preparations for conflicts;
- fires, explosions, storms, floods, earthquakes, epidemics or other natural disasters;
- impossibility of using public or private telecommunications means;
- pandemic or epidemic.
IDSFUTURA S.r.l.s. performance of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions of Sale will be suspended for the period during which the Force Majeure Events occur. IDSFUTURA S.r.l.s. will take all reasonable steps to identify solutions that will allow for the proper fulfillment of its obligations despite the persistence of Force Majeure Events.
Art. 11 – Limitations of liability
IDSFUTURA S.r.l.s. is not responsible for any damage or loss, direct and/or indirect, resulting from the sale of goods and services offered in the catalogue published on the site, including for delayed and/or failed delivery of the product, nor for the correspondence of the goods to the specifications published on the site, nor for any other fact not attributable to IDSFUTURA S.r.l.s. .
Art. 12 – Complaints and after-sales assistance
For any request, communication, or complaint relating to orders, these TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE, or, in general, any contract concluded with coltelliunifeed.info through the site, you can contact customer service:

Art. 13 – Jurisdiction and competent court for disputes (ADR/ODR)
13.1. Jurisdiction
For disputes arising from the execution of this contract, the exclusive territorial jurisdiction lies with the court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located within the territory of the State.
13.2. European Union ODR Clause
Pursuant to Article 14 of Regulation 524/2013, users are informed that, in the event of a dispute, they may submit a complaint through the European Union's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, accessible at the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.chooseLanguage.

13.3. Netcomm Joint Conciliation ADR Clause
Pursuant to Article 49, paragraph 1, letter V of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code), customers may avail themselves of the Joint Conciliation procedure.
The procedure may be initiated if the consumer, after submitting a complaint to the company within 45 days, has not received a response, or has received a response they deem unsatisfactory.
